Todd Wright: I'm a retired naval officer, attorney and federal civil servant.

I received a Health & Wellness Coaching certification from Georgetown University and a Personal Training certification from the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT)--for what those are worth. What really counts are results.

I like the combination of health & wellness coaching with personal fitness training because you can't have one without the other. If you attempt to get in shape without addressing the inner issues that allowed you to get out of shape in the first place, you're unlikely to succeed in your efforts. And by the same token, if you make positive changes on the inside, it will be reflected in the world around you, beginning with your physical body.
